The Management has taken every care to select and appoint qualified and experienced Teacher Educators who work with devotion and commitment. The Admissions of teacher trainees into the college is purely on the guidelines of A.P.State Council of Higher Education. The intake of the college is 100 students. The college conducts Morning assembly regularly. The working hours of the college are between 9:15 a.m and 4:30 p.m, as per the instructions of Kakatiya University. The college encourages the participation of the students in all the academic activities Co-curricular and extra curricular activities including N.G.C, social service and HIV Aids Programmes.

The college inaugural, valedictory functions, celebration of National festivals, Teachers’ day etc; are the regular features. The college conducts internal, term-wise examinations, and Pre-final examinations to prepare the students for public examinations. Eminent educationists and distinguished men are invited from time to time to address the teacher trainees. Talks by the Principal and senior faculty of the staff on subjects of academic interest is a regular feature. The college conducts competitions among the teacher trainees in various academic, co-curricular and extra curricular activities with a view to develop their innate talents and skills.

Educational tours are organized to make the training more lively and interesting. Laboratories of various methodologies are well equipped and are most modern with latest audio-visual education system. A wide variety of C.Ds are used in Teaching- Learning process. The college desires to train the students, a keen sense of responsibility, respect to the sacredness of human personality. The students are divided into batches and are entrusted to their mentors for their regular and continuous care and guidance.
